Hi, my God, do you know who I am? I can imagine you are very busy and every day you need to help people with their problems. So let me introduce myself to you first. My name is Kang Yu Tong, and I am 20 years old. I come from a well-off family, I have a very loving parent, two sisters who like to battle with me, and a quiet brother. Erm... Let me guess! How old are you, I think maybe almost 5000 years old? Hope you don't feel lonely. All in all, it was nice to meet you.

 

Firstly, I would like to thank you for always helping me and giving me the strength when I was having trouble so that I could get through it. Although you sometimes ignore me, and I know you are very busy helping others besides me, so I forgive you. Besides, thank you for giving me a healthy body and wonderful parents, and for letting me meet good guys. But I have a little complaint, did you forget to give me hard work when you created me? And I'm not good at sport at all, even though you've given me too much laziness and carelessness! Okay, I recognize that it's probably my own fault. I hope you can be more careful when creating others.

 

I also have many questions to ask about you and I hope you will tell me. In fact, do you really look like we think you do? Would you need to eat and sleep? What is the place where you live like? Is it a scene often seen in the movies? Do you travel to our world regularly? Is it true that bad people will go to hell? Is it true that good people go to heaven? Is my grandfather doing well in heaven? Would you look after him for me? Please help me tell him that we are doing well and not to worry. I still have lots of questions I want to ask you, but I guess you must feel that I am very annoyed?

Dear mom & dad：

 

Hi, my dearest mum and dad, when you read this letter, I will be studying at university. I've learned a lot about staying out on my own, learning how to take the MTR, shopping for my own daily groceries in the nearby area, and learning to cook. It has made me realize what a blessing it is to live at home and be looked after by you all. When I'm not at home, you should take care of yourselves, don't work too hard for work, and take care of your health. I will take proper care of myself and you don't have to worry about me. My roommates here are very nice and the school teachers and students are also very friendly. I am really enjoying my life here. Of course, I miss you all very much.

 

You all know that I have always been a very shy and introverted person, which is why I have a lot to say to you in this letter. I am very grateful to you for giving birth to me, I know that the pregnancy was a very painful and courageous journey. Every time you tell us how are you so happy and lucky to see us when we were born, I feel so sad that you had to suffer so much just to give birth to us, you are really great and you are the person I love most in the world, my mum. I would like to say sorry to you here, I used to fight with you and make you angry from time to time. I am really sorry for doing that. I remember when I was 5 years old, we went to the nearby shopping mall to buy our daily necessities and I got lost in order to buy candy. Until now, I can still remember how helpless I felt, how scared I was and how desperate to find you. Luckily, I was eventually taken to the lost children's office by a kind lady and the staff there helped me contact dad. I remember you were crying and hugging me when you see me, although I was very young at the time, but I knew you were very sad and scared. Whenever you talk about it, you feel remorseful and at the same time feel lucky to find me back. But I want to tell you that you don't have to feel sorry for yourself, it's not your fault. It was my own naughty that caused me to get lost.

 

I want to talk to my dad too. Dad, you are quiet and rarely discipline us like mum. But I know you still care for us and love us deeply. Whenever we had any requests, you would try your best to satisfy us. When mum was not at home, you would help her to take care of us, cook food for us and take us to school. You also help mum with the housework. I can say that you were a fantastic father and husband. But I hope you don't work too hard and take care of yourself. For this family cannot afford to lose you. We will always love you.
